This Leo Full Moon rises warm and luminous, reflecting the Aquarian Sun’s light back to us through the heart. Leo reminds us of devotion — not egoic performance, but the steady, generous devotion of the heart that loves simply because it is love.
Illuminated by Aquarius, this Moon carries a beautiful paradox:
We are each sovereign, unique, and special — and we are no more important than anyone else.
I’m reminded of something Marianne Williamson often says:
“You are the center of the universe… and you are no big deal.”
This Full Moon invites us into that sweet spot of equanimity — where self-expression and humility coexist, and where radiance doesn’t need validation.
The Long Dance of Venus, Mars, and the Sun
One of the most exquisite background patterns shaping this Full Moon has been quietly unfolding for months.
Since the Libra New Moon on October 21, 2025, the Sun has been moving through the zodiac flanked by Venus and Mars, holding the midpoint between them. At the time, I didn’t fully appreciate the elegance of this geometry — but looking back now, its symmetry is breathtaking.
At that Libra lunation, Venus was strong in her home sign of Libra, embodying harmony, fairness, and relational grace. Mars was equally strong in Scorpio, bringing depth, courage, and unwavering focus. Together, they held the Sun in a living mandala of sacred feminine and sacred masculine balance.
This midpoint dance continues through the coming months and will complete at the Aries New Moon on April 17, 2026, when Venus and Mars again occupy signs of rulership and strength — Venus in Taurus and Mars in Aries — flanking the Sun for the final time in this cycle.
As chaotic as the world can appear, this long, precise choreography reminds us: there is an exquisite order moving beneath the surface of things.
The Leo Full Moon as Culmination
Under this Full Moon, Leo asks us to notice what has been lit up since last autumn. What has wanted to be seen, celebrated, or expressed more authentically?
Yet this is not Leo as spectacle. With the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto all in Aquarius, the heart is asked to shine in service of the whole, not apart from it.
This is love that includes everyone.
Aspects of the Full Moon
Opposite Mercury in Aquarius – head and heart seeking dialogue
Opposite Venus in Aquarius – personal affection vs. collective values
Opposite Mars in Aquarius – creative will meets communal purpose
Sesquiquadrate Saturn in Pisces – emotional maturity required
Quintile Uranus in Taurus – inspired, embodied creativity
Opposite (wide) Pluto in Aquarius – deep collective recalibration
Triseptile North Node in Pisces – a subtle fated turning point
This is a Moon that asks us to express from the heart without needing approval — and to listen deeply to how our personal light fits into a much larger story.

Closing
Full Moons are times of culmination and release, and with the next New Moon in two weeks, we are entering eclipse season.
Eclipse seasons happen every year — but this is no ordinary year.
On January 26, Neptune made his final ingress into Aries. Saturn will join him on February 13, and on February 20, they will merge at 0° Aries for the first time in over 6,000 years — all during this already fated eclipse corridor.
Something ancient is ending.
Something unprecedented is beginning.
Under this Leo Full Moon, ask yourself gently:
What are you ready to release?
And just as importantly…
Who are you choosing to become?
With so much love,
Elise
