Aquarius Full Moon reflecting in an Alpine Lake

How do you know if you're truly changing?

It's one of the most honest and humbling questions we can ask ourselves.

Most of us don't wake up intending to stay stuck. We read books. We meditate. We pray. We journal. We seek wisdom. We set intentions. We visualize our dreams. We strive to become kinder, wiser, healthier, and more authentic versions of ourselves.

And yet...

How do we know if our inner transformation has truly become an outer reality?

There is a timeless piece of wisdom that has echoed across generations:

"You will know them by their fruits."

~ Matthew 7:16

Whether you receive those words as biblical wisdom or simply as a universal truth, the invitation is the same. Look at the fruits:

Our relationships

Our health

Our peace

Our work

Our contribution

These are not judgments. They are mirrors.

They lovingly reveal what is flourishing... and where life may still be inviting us to grow.

That, to me, is the extraordinary gift of this Aquarius Full Moon.

Leo's Heart... Aquarius' Vision

By virtue of their nature, every Full Moon expands our perspective by illuminating the sign opposite the one the Sun is traveling through.

We are now in Leo season, the regal sign ruled by the Sun. Leo reminds us to live courageously from the heart, to shine our unique light, and to express the gifts we came here to share.

The Full Moon reflects that Leonine radiance through Aquarius, inviting us to step back and ask a larger question:

How does my light serve the whole?

Leo celebrates the individual.

Aquarius celebrates humanity.

Together they remind us that our greatest contribution is not found by choosing one over the other, but by allowing our authentic individuality to become a blessing to the collective.

Jupiter in the Heart of the Sun

Adding to the beauty of this lunation is one of its most inspiring signatures.

Jupiter is cazimi "in the heart of the Sun."

Whenever a planet sits in the very heart of the Sun, its highest qualities are illuminated with extraordinary clarity.

Jupiter is the great benefic, the planet of wisdom, hope, generosity, meaning, abundance, and possibility.

It's as though the heart grows larger before the mirror appears.

This Full Moon doesn't begin by asking us to fix ourselves.

It begins by reminding us who we are capable of becoming.

What a beautiful place to begin.

Then Comes Pluto...

And just as our hearts begin to expand... the Moon joins Pluto in Aquarius.

I can almost hear you saying,

"Elise... haven't we been working on our shadows for years?"

Yes.

And perhaps...

No.

One thing I know about human nature is that we naturally move toward pleasure and away from pain. It is far easier to think, "I've already done that work," than it is to lovingly examine the places where life continues inviting us deeper.

This is where Pluto has been profoundly misunderstood.

Like Saturn, Pluto has earned an undeserved reputation as one of astrology's "difficult" planets.

Most of us would rather bask in the sunshine than descend into the cellar.

But buried in those dark places are often the very treasures we've been searching for.

Pluto doesn't arrive to punish us. He arrives to reveal us.

He doesn't ask whether we've attended enough workshops, read enough books, or mastered enough spiritual concepts.

He simply asks:

What fruit is your life producing?

If life reveals there's still healing to be done...

Wonderful.

Life has just handed you your next treasure map.

Do the digging.

Not because you're broken.

Because buried treasure has never been found on the surface.

And I promise you...

The rewards waiting beneath the surface are often greater than we ever imagined possible.

Barbault's Basket Continues to Bless Us

This Full Moon doesn't stand alone. It continues to activate one of the most extraordinary planetary configurations of our lifetime: André Barbault's Basket.

The Sun and Jupiter in Leo form a harmonious sextile to Uranus in Gemini and a flowing trine to Neptune in Aries, while standing opposite Pluto in Aquarius.

Meanwhile, the Moon and Pluto beautifully support Uranus through a trine and Neptune through a sextile.

We often think transformation requires struggle.  Yet Barbault's Basket reminds us that grace and transformation can coexist.

Taken together, these planetary relationships suggest something remarkable:

Transformation and opportunity are arriving together.

Innovation and inspiration are working hand in hand.

While Pluto continues asking us to release what no longer serves us, Uranus encourages bold new possibilities, Neptune reconnects us with vision and purpose, and Jupiter reminds us that growth is always available to those willing to embrace it.

Descent into the Crystal Sanctum

A New Nodal Chapter Begins

Just a few days ago, the Lunar Nodes shifted into a brand-new eighteen-month cycle.

The North Node entered Aquarius, while the South Node moved into Leo.

Every eighteen months the Nodes move backward through the zodiac, inviting humanity into a new chapter of collective growth.

And here's an exciting implication...

Our eclipse seasons begin when the Sun comes within approximately 18° of one of the Lunar Nodes.

The Sun is currently traveling through Leo...

And the South Node has just entered Leo...

Which means...

Yes!

Our next New Moon will also be a Solar Eclipse in Leo, amplifying the transformational themes already unfolding.

We're just getting started.

Where This Aquarius Full Moon Lands for You

(by Rising Sign)

As you read your Rising Sign, ask yourself:

Where is Life inviting me to look honestly at the fruits I'm producing… and what am I ready to release so something even more authentic can grow?

Aries Rising

Your hopes, friendships, and long-term vision are illuminated. Which dreams still belong to you—and which have quietly expired? Release the need to fit in, and allow your authentic contribution to emerge.

♉ Taurus Rising

Your career, purpose, and public life are in the spotlight. This is an opportunity to honestly assess the legacy you're creating. What would you like your life's fruits to say about you?

Gemini Rising

Your beliefs, perspective, and understanding of life continue expanding. Release limiting assumptions and become willing to see through a wider lens. A new adventure of mind and spirit is calling.

Cancer Rising

Transformation rarely happens on the surface. This Full Moon invites you to release old fears, attachments, or patterns that have quietly outlived their purpose. Buried treasure awaits those willing to dig.

Leo Rising

Relationships become your mirror. The people closest to you lovingly reveal where balance, honesty, and deeper authenticity are asking to emerge. What kind of partner, friend, or collaborator are you becoming?

Virgo Rising

Your daily routines, health, and work deserve loving attention. Small, consistent choices become the fruits you'll eventually harvest. Which habits are ready to be released?

♎ Libra Rising

Creativity, romance, joy, and self-expression shine brightly. Let go of worrying how your light will be received. The world needs the gift that only you can bring.

Scorpio Rising

Home, family, and emotional foundations are illuminated. Release old stories that no longer define who you are. The strongest foundations are built upon truth rather than history.

Sagittarius Rising

Your words carry unusual power now. Release outdated narratives and choose language that reflects the future you're creating. Every conversation plants a seed.

♑ Capricorn Rising

Your values, finances, and self-worth come into focus. Notice the relationship between what you truly value and where your energy is flowing. Do your choices reflect your deepest priorities?

♒ Aquarius Rising

This Full Moon shines directly on you. You're being invited to release an old identity that's become too small for the person you're becoming. Trust what is emerging.

♓ Pisces Rising

The quiet places call. Rest, reflection, forgiveness, and surrender become powerful allies. Release what no longer needs to be carried. Sometimes the greatest transformation happens in stillness.

What Are You Ready to Release?

The two weeks between the Full Moon and the New Moon invite us to release whatever has completed its purpose.

Old stories.

Old fears.

Old identities.

Old resentments.

Old limitations.

Not because they were mistakes... But because you've outgrown them.

Make space for what wishes to emerge next.

Closing Reflections

This past weekend, I found myself in the Sierra Nevada mountains with family and old friends, honoring the life of someone who had been deeply loved.

Stories were shared.

Laughter echoed.

Memories spanning decades came alive.

Standing there, I was reminded that perhaps the greatest fruits we ever leave behind aren't our accomplishments...

They're the lives we've touched.

Long after titles fade...

Long after circumstances change...

Love remains.

Perhaps that's one of the deepest invitations of this Aquarius Full Moon.

To live in such a way that our lives become good fruit.

To allow our hearts to grow as large as Jupiter.

To let Pluto reveal whatever still longs to be transformed.

To courageously do the digging.

Because these truly are extraordinary times.

And the treasures waiting beneath the surface may be far greater than anything we've yet imagined!

With so much love,

Elise

P.S. If you'd like support navigating these remarkable astrological currents, or you're curious how this Full Moon, the upcoming Solar Eclipse, and the new nodal cycle are activating your unique birth chart, I would be honored to explore it with you.
